BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The Week 2 AP poll was released Tuesday afternoon following an exciting Week 1 of college football.
After defeating Western Kentucky convincingly, 63-0, Alabama moved up a spot to No. 4 in the top 25. Florida State started the season ranked No. 10, and following two upset losses to Georgia Tech and Boston College, the Seminoles are now unranked. Georgia remains the No. 1 team following a dominant win over Clemson, 34-3. Ohio State remains No. 2, and Texas moved up to No. 3.
Oregon fell four spots after a tough win at home over Idaho. Auburn received eight votes to be ranked after cruising to victory over Alabama A&M, 73-3, in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Here's a look at the rest of the top 25:
