ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) -- The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office is conducting an investigation regarding an alleged domestic violence incident that occurred Monday.
According to the SCCSO, its deputies assisted Raglan police in investigating a domestic violence incident that happened Monday around 7 p.m. at First Avenue in Ragland. A 62-year-old man was transported to UAB with a gunshot wound and is in stable condition.
Kimberly McNeeley, 59, was taken into custody and charged for attempted murder and first-degree domestic violence. McNeeley is in the St. Clair County Jail with a $120,000 bond.
