BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The 2024 "Revvin' 4 Research" charity motorcycle ride will take place Sunday, Sept. 29 to raise money for breast cancer research.
The motorcycle ride will begin at 2 p.m. and is presented by Heart of Dixie Harley-Davidson and Process Barron. Over 300 motorcyclists are expected for the hour-long ride through Shelby County. Riders can "pink-out" their bikes to show their support.
"Revvin' 4 Research is more than just a motorcycle ride; it symbolizes hope, progress, and a future without breast cancer," stated Beth Davis, President and CEO of BCRFA. "Participating in events like Revvin' is crucial to making this future a reality. While all funding remains local, the impact is global."
Registration is $35 for a single rider or $60 for two-up which includes the escorted ride, event t-shirt and post-ride cookout. Online registration ends Sept. 26. You can register here.
