BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The NFL released its annual top 100 players list, and 10 former University of Alabama football players made their mark in the 2023-24 season.
The top 100 players are voted on by the players themselves. The highest ranked former Alabama player was quarterback Jalen Hurts, who was ranked No. 15. Hurts was selected No. 3 by his peers in the 2022-23 season after leading Philadelphia to the Super Bowl. Out of all the Bama players on the list, Hurts and running back Derrick Henry were the only two selected outside the first round.
The top 10 players will be revealed Friday night.
