BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Four Birmingham men were indicted on alleged crimes related to three separate carjackings in Jefferson County, according to U.S. Attorney Prim Escalona.
A federal grand jury indicted them in January. The following people are charged with crimes that occurred in 2024:
- Dearrius Pace, 30, was charged with carjacking and kidnapping.
- Charles Pruitt, 22, was charged with carjacking and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
- Kyone Harris and Brandon Ezell, both 24, was charged with carjacking and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
