PELHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The Pelham City Council approved a request by developer 68 Ventures to rezone land along Highway 11 into a mixed-use neighborhood district Monday night.
That means 167 acres of wooded land can be developed to include 310 residential lots for homes, retail, walking trails, picnic areas and parks. The city council also approved conducting another traffic study at nearby Grey Oaks next September.
