BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Frank Sitt, owner and executive chef of Bottega, Chez Fon Fon, and the currently closed Highlands Bar and Grill, sat down with CBS 42's David Lamb to discuss his impact in shaping the Birmingham food scene.
Birmingham has a reputation as a food city, and a large part of the credit for that goes to Frank Stitt. His restaurants have grown a loyal clientele and a bevy of awards to boot. The Cullman native is a James Beard award winner and has written best selling cookbooks.
