According to Cpt. Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, two 16-year-olds, a 15-year-old and an 18-year-old, identified as Nicholas Tubbs, were charged with first-degree assault.

The two 16-year-olds were charged as adults and are in the Tuscaloosa County Jail with no bond. The 15-year-old was sent to juvenile detention. Because of their ages, their names will not be released. Tubbs is also in custody at the Tuscaloosa County Jail with no bond.
