BIRMINGHAM, Ala (WIAT) -- The Birmingham Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a person in relation to a domestic violence shooting offense.
Ricardo Loyola, who is also wanted on a felony theft warrant out of Jefferson County and violent crimes out of Arkansas, is 34 years old with brown eyes and black hair. He is about six feet, two inches tall.
Anyone with information on Loyola's whereabouts is encouraged to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.
