JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) -- A man was found shot to death in front of a Center Point home Wednesday morning.
Deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office were called out to a home on the 1600 block of 1st Street NE in Center Point around 6:19 a.m. on reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies found an unidentified adult man shot in the front yard of the home.
The man was later pronounced dead at the scene. Details in the shooting remain limited at this time.
