Cottontail's Village returns to Birmingham February 28

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT)-- Annual Birmingham shopping festival Cottontail's Village is kicking off Friday at the BJCC.

The shopping event will feature over 400 vendors in the BJCC's North Hall. The event will run from Friday Feb. 28 to Mar. 2.
