MONTEVALLO, Ala. (WIAT) -- American Village's 9th annual Festival of Tulips will open at 10 a.m. Saturday.
The festival will feature performances from American Village's actors, as well as a puppet show. The event will also include food trucks, including Nettie B's Grill, C's Cake & Coffee House, Sunshine Lemonade, Frozen Rooster and Birmingham Wings & Waffles.
The festival will last as long as the tulips are blooming. It will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
It is recommended to check American Village's website plus Facebook and Instagram accounts for updates and field conditions before visiting. Admission to the tulip field is $5 per person. Tulips will be $2 each.
