TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WIAT) -- An individual was charged with murder for having an alleged connection to a shooting that left one dead and another injured early Saturday morning.
Weslie Tinker, 28, was charged with one count of murder and is in custody of the Tuscaloosa County Jail with no bond.
Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office say they arrived to the 2200 block of Herman Ave on reports of a shooting around 1:30 a.m. Officers arrived and found Jordan Davis, 28, dead on the scene. A 45-year-old was located on the scene as well suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident reportedly occurred during an altercation at a private residence during a party.
