BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- A Birmingham man was sentenced to over 10 years in prison on drug and firearm charges.
Courdarius Hall, 26, was sentenced to 123 months in prison for drug trafficking and possessing a firearm, according to U.S. Attorney Prim F. Escalona. Hall pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine and fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime in April of 2024.
According to the plea agreement, during the seperate drug transactions in 2023, Hall sold drugs to a confidential source. After obtaining a search warrant for his home, deputies recovered methamphetamine, fentanyl and guns.
