CENTER POINT, Ala. (Trussville Tribune) -- The Center Point Fire District released its year-end review last week, summarizing the department’s service in 2024.
According to the report, CPFD responded to 10,105 calls for service last year.
The majority of those calls were for medical emergencies at 7,492 calls.
The district also responded to 786 fires and 80 reports of hazardous conditions.
778 calls were false alarm incidents.
The district’s average response time was 5 minutes and 20 seconds.
In total, CPFD first responders transported 3,937 people last year.
There are currently four stations servicing the district–one in Center Point, one in Pinson, and two in Clay.
