Tuesday: An upper-level wave will move across Alabama, triggering showers and storms across North and Central Alabama today. A few storms could be strong with gusty winds and heavy rain. Isolated flooding can't be ruled out today. High temperatures will be in the middle 80s.

Wednesday-Friday: The southwest flow will continue Wednesday through Friday. We will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms each day. Some rain could be heavy at times. Isolated flooding can't be ruled out. High temperatures will be in the middle 80s.

Weekend Outlook: The weather pattern starts to change this weekend. The trough will move east as the Bermuda high pressure weakens. This will reduce the chance for rain and temperatures will heat back up. Saturday will be partly cloudy with scattered showers and storms. High temperatures will be in the upper 80s. Sunday will be partly cloudy with fewer showers and storms. High temperatures will be back in the lower 90s.
