BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Alabama wide receiver Germie Bernard is returning to school for his senior season.
Bernard, who transferred from Washington a year ago, took to Instagram on Wednesday to release his decision. He finished the 2024-25 campaign with 794 yards and two touchdowns. The return of Bernard means the Crimson Tide will have an elite wide receiver room that also features Ryan Williams, Miami transfer Isaiah Horton and younger players who will have a bigger role.
In three seasons, Bernard has tallied 91 catches for 1,341 yards and six touchdowns. Alabama opens the 2025-26 season at Florida State on Aug. 30.
