PICKENS COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) -- A Fayette man was killed in a Pickens County crash Saturday, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Jacori Whitson, 34, was fatally injured when the Ford Ranger he was driving hit a tree. The crash happened around 7:25 p.m. on Alabama 17 about seven miles north of Reform.
Whitson, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene. Troopers with the ALEA's Highway Patrol Division are investigating the crash.
