FAYETTE COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) -- A 32-year-old man was killed after a crash in Fayette County early Thursday morning.
Thomas Bellsnyder IV was killed when the Chevrolet Equinox he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree around 2 a.m. Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says he was not wearing a seat-belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the vehicle was injured and airlifted to UAB Hospital for treatment.
The crash occurred on Fayette County 35 near Canaan Road. Nothing else is available as ALEA continues to investigate.
