Unseasonably warm this weekend with a few sprinkles on Sunday

Tonight will be mostly clear and cool with lows ranging from the upper 40s to the middle 50s.

Weekend Outlook: A strong cold front will move across Alabama this weekend. Saturday will be mostly sunny and warm with highs in the lower to middle 80s. There could be a few sprinkles Saturday night as the front moves south. The cold front will sit across South Alabama on Sunday. It will be partly cloudy and warm with high temperatures in the upper 70s. A stray shower is possible on Sunday into Monday, but do not expect much accumulation, if any.

Football Forecast: This will be great weather for all the local college football games, including the Magic City Classic on Saturday at 2:30 PM, and Alabama vs. Missouri at 2:30 PM in Tuscaloosa for Homecoming.

Next Week's Outlook: The cold front will be in the Gulf on Monday and Tuesday. We will be mostly sunny and mild each day. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s. High pressure will be northeast of Alabama on Wednesday and Thursday. It will be partly cloudy and warm with highs in the lower 80s. Halloween will be good for Trick-or-Treaters with dry weather and evening temperatures falling from the 70s into the 60s. Friday will be partly cloudy and warm ahead of a cold front with highs in the lower 80s.
