BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- The Birmingham Police Department is searching for a missing 41-year-old woman who was reportedly last seen Thursday.
According to the BPD, Kacy Summers was last observed departing her business on 1516 Montclair Rd. driving a gray Nissan Sentra with Rhode Island tag #1QQ697 toward an unknown direction. Summers is diagnosed with a medical condition impairing her mental abilities, and police stated she has had signs of mania.
Summers stands at about 5-foot-6 and weighs around 140 pounds. Her latest clothing description includes teal shorts and a teal shirt.
