BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Three people were shot in Birmingham early Sunday morning.
According to Birmingham Police Department Sgt. LaQuitta Wade, the shooting happened around 3:27 a.m. in the 3000 block of Seventh Avenue South. Though all three people who were shot were injured, none of the injuries were deemed life-threatening.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service personnel transported two of the victims to UAB Hospital. A private vehicle took the other victim to Ascension St. Vincent's Birmingham.
There is no one in custody in connection to the shooting.
