A "Pink Parade" will start at 12:05 p.m. for the public, including breast cancer survivors. Walkers are encouraged to arrive by 11 a.m. to pick up pink pom poms and ribbons. The parade will take place in Linn Park.
The event is being presented by the city's "StrongHer campaign," which highlights heroes in the community.
