Today: The warm, spring-like weather continues as highs reach the middle 80s under a mix of sun and clouds. A cold front is moving across the state but will not bring any significant opportunity for rain or cooler temperatures.

A weak disturbance arrives Friday, kicking off hit and miss showers over the southern half of Alabama. While widespread rain is not expected, a passing shower is possible for Friday night football.
Race Weekend: Warm and dry both Saturday and Sunday with highs in the 80s and morning lows in the 60s.

Longer term, cooler refreshing weather arrives early next week.

Tropics: Development is possible in The Western Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico by the weekend or early next week. It is too early for specifics, but something we'll closely monitor over the coming days.
