Sunday: Spotty showers continue under a mix of sun and clouds. We are not expecting anything widespread and any shower that does develop will not last long. Otherwise, seasonably pleasant with afternoon temperatures in the upper 70s to near 80.

This Week: The warming trend continues as highs reach the low to middle 80s each day along with plenty of sunshine and comfortable humidity levels.

Tracking the Tropics: There is a medium chance for development in the Western Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. It is too early to determine a certain track or intensity but something we'll monitor closely over the coming days.

Tropical Storm Joyce has developed in The Atlantic, but is not a threat to land as it will remain over open water.
