CENTER POINT, Ala. (WIAT) - A teenager and an adult man were shot in Center Point on Wednesday night.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a shooting at the 2300 Block of Grayson Valley Drive around 11:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a 49-year-old male and a 15-year-old female, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
Center Point Fire and Rescue transported the male victim to UAB Hospital and the female victim to Children’s Hospital in unknown condition
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office stated that, according to preliminary investigation, the shooting appears to be domestic related.
